They are some of the most hospitable people I've ever met and I have to say thank you again to Zornitsa, Zlatina, Raya, Alex, and Giorgi, you were all great! Sophia is a nice capital, Sozopol on the coast was a town beautifully built on a peninsula, and Kazanlak is full of archeological treasures. The food is great, things are cheap, it really is an undiscovered destination. Also, this is apparently where wine started, and they have some great ones. And I hope you like plain yogurt. Did you know that the Bulgarians nod their heads to say no, and shake their head back and forth to say yes? It was a shock!
